• All ebooks are digital products and will be delivered electronically via download links after successful payment processing. The download links will be accessible on the order confirmation page and sent to the customer's provided email address.

 

2. Payment Methods:

• We accept payments through various secure payment gateways, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. If PayPal does not work for you, we have a manual system using a QR code on the store page. You can use GPAY and other UPI apps to pay. Follow the instructions on that page. 
  We will be integrating other payment systems soon.

3. Pricing and Taxes:

• Prices of ebooks are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) for customers within India.

• For international customers, we are using an automated system to calculate taxes in their country on our website. But even for them, taxes are included in the selling price.
   

4. Refund Policy:

• Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an ebook has been purchased and downloaded. However, if you encounter any technical issues with the download process, please contact our support team for assistance.
   

5. Copyright and Usage:

• All ebooks sold on our website are protected by copyright laws. The purchase of an ebook grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use only.

• Reproduction, distribution, or any unauthorized sharing of the ebook files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
