Books bought through Pothi.com does not come under this shipping policy but we will always make sure that you get a properly printed copy.

We are currently using Cashfree for India and Paypal for other countries for payments. Pothi.com is our book printer and it uses its own payment gateways.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Jungle Heroes Book Store. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for Physical merchandise items except print books. If your book has printing issues, we will talk with our printer and send you a new copy. In this case, please show us a photo or video of the printing issue while contacting us. Please note that we cannot accept returns of digital products once they have been downloaded.
